Additional Adults $40 pp/per night
Additional Children 1 - 14 $20 pp/per night
Children under 12 months free if no bedding required - portacot available.
**Bookings of 5 nights or more attract a discount when booked directly**
*Our rates include breakfast hamper on arrival plus all bedding, linen and towels. The house is well equipped with those little extras that you don't have to worry about, such as dishwashing liquid, laundry powder and toiletries. The pantry is also stocked with oils, condiments, sauces and spices, and napkins etc etc.

The house sleeps 8 - 9 with one queen bedroom, one double with a single bunk and one room with a single bunk and a portacot. Refer to the layout plan below. Please note that there is an additional toilet now in the bathroom.
